The Resonant Breath:

A 3-Part Series for Creators

A 3-part breathwork series with Divine Brown helping creatives regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and restore focus.

The Reasonant Breath (3-part series)

Hosted by Divine Brown

In creative practice, your breath is your most powerful instrument. Whether preparing for a performance, stepping into the studio, or beginning a new project, how you breathe shapes how you focus, respond, and create.

The Resonant Breath is a three-part series led by Divine Brown, designed to help artists regulate the nervous system, manage performance anxiety, and cultivate clarity through accessible, practical breath techniques.

Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions for a full experience of learning, integration, and consistency. Each session may also be attended independently.
